Womens Pink
How come pink laxatives aka gentle/womens don't work for me or they cause bad pain and sweating?
Either they work and cause a lot of bloating and pain or they don't work at all. I've tried the maximum strength also and they seem weaker than the pink ones. Magnesium ones work good but I can't find any tablets, only liquid and I can't stomach that. Anyone know of anything else good that works?
The only thing that makes them a "woman's laxative" is the pink color. Laxatives containing Bisocodyl (ex-lax, correctol) work by causing colon contractions (cramps). Magnesium laxatives (phillips tablets, Milk of Magnesia) work by drawing water into your colon. They can be dehydrating. I recommend a warm water enema. It cleans your colon and doesn't have any side effects.
