Trim Suede
What should I wear with these brown lace-up boots?
I fell in love with these boots on e-bay. I ordered them and was told they would not make it before Christmas. Well guess what!!? They made it in today, Christmas Eve. What should I wear with these boots? The weather is cold (20-30's at night/50-60's during day). I like to wear turtlenecks, sweaters, layers, hoodies, jeans, cords, etc. I wear the occasional skirt-most of the ones I have are the "wrinkled" skirts that you wash and then twist until dry. I have a cream colored lace one, a burgundy one, and a dark brown one. I'm pretty sure they would look good with tucked in jeans, but what else? The boots are dark brown suede with faux fur trim and lace up the front. They look like this (go down to middle of page):

they'd look great tucked in jeans. if your skirts are no lower than the knee, they'd go very nicely with all the colors you mentioned. invest in some short denim skirts!
the boots would also look nice with footed tights (like pantyhose, except thicker) AS LONG as you wear a shirt long enough to cover the appropriate amount of tights (aka your behind
