i have been tanning in a high pressure bed, why dont i have a base tan yet?
i have been tanning for about a week now at a high pressur bed for about 7minutes each time. is there a reason why i dont have a base tan yet? my skin takes a while to tan also. i do have fair skin.
It really depends on the type of bed that you are in. If you are not using any excellerator, then that would help a lot. Designer Skin has a great line of tanning lotion that I have used for a while. Sometimes it takes a while to build the base tan. You may want to use a tanning sticker during the time that you are in there. This will show you the progress that you are making...and it also leaves a cute outline like a heart or whatever you choose.
Ask the person sitting at the desk how long its been since the bulbs were changed. Most places change theirs every 2-3 months depending on use.
