A woman's size 6 Roper boot would be what size in a youth?

I just began selling on eBay and I have a pair of new Red Ropers size 6 M in Womens. I can't seem to sell them although they are wonderful boots. I thought I would list them in the youth or childrens section, but don't know the sizing methods. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks

they will be the same size in childrens aswell
also measure the length of the shoe and write this in the listing so if you are a bit out no one can accuse you of giving false sizes
i had problems on ebay like this before but you just have to keep going and not give up and just keep relisting the item!
