Can I take my puppy 5 months old shih tzu for a walk in the rain?

It's actually not raining or drizzle over and she has boots and a beautiful layer as well:) And she has all her shots! So is it possible? Oh and she is housebroken for the most part, thanks to all =) I just brought her back from her walk and she loved it!

Yes your shih tzu will love! I was walking my shih tzu for all time and he loves the rain and it did not do it any other harm him a bit damp. It does not feel the heat and prefer to walk in the rain, especially when he can drink at every puddle, it passes. I do see no harm at all.
