IS my dog a pom or a long haired chihuahua? ?

I got this little guy 8 months ago he is 10 months old now, and i got him from a pet store who told he is a pure bred Pom. But as he is getting older he is lookin more and more like a Long Haired Chihuahua most Poms i'v seen have hair that points straight out my dogs lays flat like a long haired Chihuahua whats going on? here is his picture. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v646/britspic/Photo0090.jpg

You dog is a chihuahua but it's not just a chihuahua it is mixed with something else might be a chihuahua Pom mix (Pompchy)but it is by no means a pure breed.
