What to wear with these shoes?

Im going to a Taylor Swift concert, and i want to dress the scene. I like these cowboy boots (cheapest and cutest i found) and yes i know justice is for little kids. Im 15. I dont want to spend a lot of money on an outfit. It is in Aug. inside. Thanks :]
